The latest update to Space Engineers will allow players the ability to mod on both Xbox and PC.

The team has added things like a creative mode, which allows players to do as they wish with unlimited resources, as well as a survival mode which forces the player to survive in the harsh conditions of outer space as they desperately try to claim whatever they can to continue to live. Space Engineers has grown over the last few years with tons of updates, making it similar to a more grounded space-based Minecraft. The space simulator has upped the ante and scale by increasing the potential for its very own engineers.
The Xbox title Space Engineers is getting all kinds of new features such as mods and cross-play with PC.
